1. Policy Updates
GK FIGURE MY SG reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes. Please check this page periodically for updates.
2. Currency
The only trading currency on GK FIGURE MY SG is the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are for the products only. For pre-ordered items, shipping costs will be communicated to you via email once your products are released and have reached our warehouse, and/or when we have determined the final parcel weight and dimensions. Shipping for in-stock items is complimentary.
4. Shipping Costs
For pre-ordered items, shipping costs will be calculated based on the product’s weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
For in-stock items, we offer free shipping within West Malaysia. Customers in East Malaysia and other countries will need to bear the shipping costs.
5. Payment Options
We accept payments through Razer Merchant Portal. For convenience and security, we recommend using this payment method.
6. Payment Proof
For payments made via bank transfer or cash deposit, please provide a receipt as proof of payment.
7. Reservation Policy
Products are reserved only after we receive your payment (either deposit or full payment).
8. Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for purchased products. Exceptions are made only in cases of "Out of Stock" situations, where a deposit will be refunded.
9. Pre-Order Balances
If you have paid a deposit for a pre-order, you must pay the remaining balance and shipping fees within two (2) weeks of receiving our email notification that the product is ready for release or shipment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
10. Shipping Address
Ensure that all information (e.g., name, phone number, shipping address) entered on our site is accurate. We will use the provided shipping address for delivery. We are not responsible for errors in addresses provided by buyers.
11. Change of Shipping Address
Notify us of any changes to your shipping address before we arrange shipment.
12. Product Variations
As our products are handmade, minor differences and slight imperfections may occur. Release dates may be delayed by the studio or manufacturer.
13. Defective Products/Broken or Missing Parts
For serious defects (e.g., visible cracks, chips, or missing parts) post-assembly, we will assist in negotiating with the studio or manufacturer for a replacement, subject to their approval. Report defects and provide photos within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
14. Buy at Your Own Risk
We are not liable for any malfunctions, damages, or losses not due to manufacturing defects, theft, or inappropriate handling.
15. Country Tax
Buyers are responsible for their own country's taxes. Shipping to Malaysia is tax-free, while shipping to Singapore is subject to taxes.
16. Custom Returns
We are not responsible for parcels returned by customs. Buyers must cover the cost of re-shipping if needed.
