1. Pre-Order Deposits:

Deposits made for pre-order items are non-refundable. These payments secure your product and aid in the production process with the studio.

2. Payments for Released Products:

Payments for released products are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed with our suppliers. 

3. Balance Payment for Pre-Orders:

When a pre-ordered product is ready for release or shipping, you will be notified and must pay the remaining balance and shipping fees within two weeks. If we do not receive the payment within this period, a reminder will be sent. Failure to settle the balance within an additional week will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Incorrect Item Received:

If you receive an incorrect statue, we will fully refund the product and shipping costs. 

5. Product Variations:

Please be aware that all our products are hand-made, resulting in minor differences and slight imperfections, which contribute to their uniqueness.

6. Defective Products After Assembly:

For significant defects found post-assembly, such as visible cracks or missing parts, we will help negotiate with the studio or manufacturer for a replacement. This process depends on the acceptance and agreement of the studio or manufacturer.

7. Broken or Missing Parts:

If your product arrives with broken or missing parts, notify us within seven days of receiving the parcel, providing photographic evidence of the issue.

8. Final Sales Policy:

All sales are final upon payment. We do not accept requests for exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

9. Unsuccessful Pre-Orders:

In the event that a pre-order is unsuccessful due to unforeseen factors, and the customer is unable to purchase the product, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer through the original payment method.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. GK Figure MY SG Trading will ship to the address listed on our website.

11. Taxes and Customs:

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and related fees in their country.
