Shipping Costs:

For pre-ordered items, shipping costs will be calculated based on the product’s weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
For in-stock items, we offer free shipping within West Malaysia. Customers in East Malaysia and other countries will need to bear the shipping costs.

Shipping Times:

After you place an order, we will process and ship in-stock items as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary based on the product's availability and your location.

Once the products arrive at the GK FIGURE MY SG warehouse and/or the final parcel weight is determined, we will provide estimated shipping times via email.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs clearance procedures in your country, which can sometimes cause delays.

Sea Shipping Time: Sea shipping generally takes about 1 month. Please note that certain factors may cause delays.

Air Shipping Time: Air shipping generally takes within 10 days.

Shipping Methods:

We use reliable shipping methods to deliver your products safely to your doorstep. For international shipping to Malaysia and Singapore, we typically use JSD EXPRESS or TDE, and local delivery in Malaysia is handled by GDEX.

Shipping Tracking Information:

Tracking codes will only reflect and become active once the parcel arrives at our forwarding warehouse and is picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any shipping delays or issues. GK FIGURE MY SG will use the shipping address provided on the website to arrange delivery.
